30 Minutes of Nature Sounds – Water, Wind and Birdsong

A tranqil scene with a bird bath on the left and buda statue on the right. surrounded by greenery. Overlayed is the title of this post.

I have created two new videos for my focus and relaxation series. These videos feature a scene I filmed in my very own backyard. I am sharing this tranquil spot with you because it is a place I often like to sit to relax, meditate and sometimes just to think about things. It’s not perfect; there are weeds everywhere, but it’s still beautiful, and I’m quite fond of that nature-reclaimed look.

I hope you enjoy using these videos for your own meditation and relaxation.

As always, there are two videos. This pairing includes 30 minutes of Ambient Meditation Music and 30 minutes of Nature Sounds. This includes water sounds as well as wind and birdsong. (You can find this one below.)

Unfortunately, I was unable to capture those sounds in my own backyard because I live in suburbia, and there are a lot of other sounds going on that weren’t so tranquil, like construction noise, traffic, and people talking, so I had to add these in when I was editing. I sourced the music and sound effects for these videos from Uppbeat, which I have a subscription to, which helps make these videos possible.

You can check out the Calming Nature Sounds version below.

Let’s take some time to have a mindful moment and meditate with 30 minutes of Calming Nature Sounds.

I hope you found this video helpful in aiding your meditation or relaxation. I hope to be able to share some more videos like this soon.

If you would like an hour-long version of these videos, let me know in the comments, and I can easily put one together.

But until then, enjoy these videos and check out my Focus Timer videos for some relaxing focus sessions.

Erin.
