As promised in my’ Shop My Stash’ video, here is my ‘Get Ready With Me’ using products from my ‘July/August Shop My Stash’, as well as a few everyday makeup items and a couple of others from my collection. I have tried filming this style of video before and not had much success but its all about practice right. In today’s video you can watch me play with some makeup while talking about having a chronic illness, reading, gaming and what tv shows I’ve been watching.
In today’s post I will be sharing with you my first ‘Shop My Stash’ style video, I quite enjoy watching these and I quite often do it in real life aka off the internet, so I thought that I might start filming the process and share it with you. I hope you enjoy the video, I also go through my everyday makeup draw and talk about some products I’m currently trying to use up.
When it comes to The Body Shop there are a lot of positives about this company, they are cruelty-free and a force for change. Over their 43 years in business they have helped change animal testing laws in the UK & Europe, and more recently started a campaign to end animal testing worldwide forever, which received over 8 million signatures and was presented to the U.N. in hopes of creating a world without animal testing on cosmetics. They have been advocating along with Cruelty-free International since 1989.
Skincare is an important part of my daily routine, though I will admit that occassional I get a bit lazy and neglect doing it but for the most part I love this part of my day. I love both the skin care benefits aswell as the self-care benefits of having a skincare routine. For the most part my skincare routine is pretty simple but I do have about 5 to 9 steps in my routine depending on whether its morning or evening. In today’s post I’m going to be sharing with you a video of how my current daily skincare routine looks.
